A graduate from the Department of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia (2001). He completed the attorneys at law’s apprenticeship at the Regional Chamber of Attorneys at Law in Katowicach. Krzysztof Malinowski attended numerous training sessions and training courses, including in 2019 where he graduated from postgraduated studies „Data Protection Supervisor” at GWSH in Katowicach. Currently he acts as the attorney at law and the mediator at the Mediation Centre of the National Attorneys at Law’s Committee in Warsaw. Furthermore, he is a co-creator of the Mediation Centre at the Regional Chamber of Attorneys at Law in Katowice, acting as the Deputy Head of the Centre.
Within the scope of business of his legal practice he renders legal advisory services for business entities, as well as individuals. He specialises in civil law, economic law, commercial law, labour law and data protection law.
