PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

RODO

We deal with implementations by organisations,  in particular by business entities, the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation “GDRP”). The attorney at law Krzysztof Malinowski graduated from postgraduate studies „Data Protection Supervisor” at GWSH in Katowicach, which prepared for dealing with the subject on personal data protection. In order to properly implement “GDRP” is not sufficient to draft documentations concerning the processing of personal data protection, because firstly it is essential to correctly determine areas, in which personal data is processed (determine areas of personal data), and to examine such processing to comply with the GDRP, and at a later stage to implement the Risk Assessment (sometimes additionally the Data Protection Impact Assessment – “DPiA”).

The law office has broad experience in implementing the “GDPR” both in the public limited companies, the private limited companies, the partnerships, and in the individual activities. Implementing the “GDPR” also covers the preparation of the documentations (e.g. the records of the processing activities, the safety policy, the agreements of personal data processing, the authorisations to process personal data,  the clauses of consent for the processing of personal data, the information clauses for the processing of personal data, the procedure in the case of personal data breach, the report of personal data breach,  the records of personal data breach, the instructions for managing the IT system).
